A Sinking Ship - Director Pitney Bowes Employee Review

The ship is sinking. We’ve had 2 interim CEO’s in the last few months and many other C suite members have left just in the last 3 months. Multiple rounds of layoffs recently, letting high tenured employees go, and constant fear of not knowing if we’ll be sold or the unit will just be shut down. Employee morale is non-existent, leftover employees are having to absorb additional workload, and communication from management is lacking.
