Pros
Overall compensation wise it's good. RSU grant significant enough to inflate your measly pay that if you've decide to leave the company, it'll hard to find match in a similar sector. Great Medical Benefits. Phone bill claim. No OT claim, but able to claim meal/Taxi. A lot of leaves per year (>24 days), Vacation Match - you can convert your leave into pay.
Cons
Ever since Qualcomm's anti-trust lawsuit settlement with Taiwan. HQ is all in on accelerating the Taiwan's growth at the expense of Singapore workforce. Basically SG has been deprioritized, there's a doom and gloom atmosphere among SG employees and morale is low. The company culture significantly rewards boot-lickers instead of actual expertise. A sycophant's paradise if you're looking to advance higher. It's pathetic seeing your colleagues trying so hard at bum-sucking and flatter everything their bosses say. Don't expect work life balance. Nobody remembers or observes public holidays ever existed. Basically you're expected be available to work 7 days a week, and people bother you non-stop even you've clearly taken Annual Leave.
