Pros
The atmosphere at SAP is welcoming and exciting. The application process consisted of a cover letter and CV screening, a telephone interview with the current intern and manager and then an assessment centre. The communication throughout the process is all from a current intern which is great as you can chat to them about their experiences. The assessment centre consisted of several networking activities such as coffee breaks, breakfast and lunch as well an individual task, a group task, a presentation and an indiviudal interview. In comparison to other assessment centres I found SAP's to be more welcoming and relaxed due to meeting and chatting to everyone from current interns to sales directors.
Cons
Possibly weight gain from a free three course meal everyday (which is delicious) .
