Health care is good if you like an individual deductible of $1,100. One of the things TEK talks a lot about when interviewing for them is the importance of work like balance. Although they talk about it, employees are somewhat looked down on if they do not work "hard" and put in the extra hours. Promotions are clearly handed out to the people that show that they are "dedicated" with the old corporate mentality of first in last out. You get a salary for 40 hours, not 50 but it is expected for you to work more than 40...consistently. TEK also says that they are in 80th percentile for salaries. That is not true...most employees feel that they are underpaid which leads to higher turnover.
