- They cheated me by not informing that my employment will be contractual. They mentioned everywhere in their documents that it is full time employment with them without mentioning any dependency on client. However at the day of induction ( I had already rejected other offers and moved to a new city) they told that the day client project gets over or they plan to downsize, my notice period will start and they will let go of me. - It is very difficult to get any sort of reimbursement from them, esp if you are sent abroad for project requirement, they might ask you to put money from your pocket and not reimburse you without your constant nagging. - Very less concern for employee issues - my emails for resignation, coordination with client, my last day formalities, medical reimbursement, timesheet everything remained unanswered - Client asked me to work on Furlough days and even after informing TekSystems, they didnt give me salary or comp off for those days

They con you by making you join temporary contractual positions. Don't even bother to match the candidates about the profile. The kind of work contractors get in these companies is mostly support and less important for the company. Don't even risk your job by joining TekSystems for these clients. Its a trap. Fake promises.
