Pros
They do offer some benefits if you need them. They are competitive in the hourly rate they pay - but you have to negotiate for it The will pay time and a half for over time - but you have to negotiate it Most of the Account Managers are pretty engaged and check in regularly
Cons
No paid holidays as a standard - but you can negotiate it If you can go 1099 - negotiate it up front - you cannot change from 1099 to W-2 or visa versa once you start your contract. Benefits web pages are hard to navigate and finding information can be difficult.
