Pros
*TEKsystems hires people with no recruiting experience and teaches them how to recruit well. They have a great training program for recruiters and hire some really bright people. *You have an opportunity to do well financially, given that you are in a hot market with and you get partnered with a great salesperson. *Camaraderie in the office was great. TEK hires great people and though the work can be intensive, you can build great relationships withink an office.
Cons
*Pay is not commensurate with what other recruting firms pay for internal employees. *Successes are rarely highlighted or valued. *Promotability seems to based upon popularity, rather than qualifications. *Favoritism is a huge problem across the firm, so if you're not in the "favorite" pool, your chances of being promoted or working on the best positions are slim.
