Pros
It can open doors to a company that brings you full time. I got hired after 1.5 months.
Cons
Recruiter lied and said I’d accrue PTO and would be given a pay increase at turnover, neither of which are the case. In the 1.5 months I worked here I had my pay messed up twice, and there is clearly no communication regarding payroll anywhere. No one knew if my first check would be direct deposit or physical, same with my last. No one would answer then they only paid me for 2 of my 5 days I worked. The benefits are atrocious and you don’t get any PTO. No paid holidays, either. So if the company you’re working for has their offices closed due to a holiday, you’re just taking that day or two unpaid with no questions asked. I would not recommend TEKSystems.
