they try to make things easier where they can and for the most part there is no emotionally abusive behavior just odd lying and severe lack of confrontation where there needs to be, a good starting position to get into IT
Cons
upper management is extremely disconnected with how horrible it is to go call to call nonstop every while doing intellectual and people management work, no serious changes will be made and you will feel trapped working here without an exit strategy after the 6-12 month range, you will not and can not be rewarded for being a good tech its actually the opposite due to the way the call system works - the faster you go through calls the more calls you take on and wear down your mental health, I am very grateful for having worked the position experience wise but it was also one of the worst jobs I worked, Teksystems itself is good because of opportunity but the COSD helpdesk is terrible
