      Pros

      I loved that I could view my schedule on the employee app, trade shifts, and call in sick if needed.

      Cons

      Management at my location was always an issue for my department. They didn't actually understand what it was behind the counter at Starbucks and dumped extra work off on good working employees. It felt like a punishment for doing well.
