Pros
Good pay compared to other retailers. Scheuding is perfect with team leads. If you need extra shifts for money just ask team leads to be cross trained in different departments; mainly fulfillment or Gen Merch.
Cons
If you do get cross trained you might be constantly asked to help out that department when there’s lot of call outs or it’s extra busy. But it works out okay because yeah it’s annoying but it makes you stand out more and makes you not on the bad list. And they might be more okay if you come in a few minutes late due to traffics
