      Flexibility, decent pay for part time work, plenty of good team members who make the environment tolerable

      Cons

      Toxic and useless leaders who talk to team members like they are children. Micromanaging and nagging to get work done faster with zero help from leaders. High turnover rate. Inconsistent hours
