      -good pay -free food in the breakroom sometimes -opportunities to move up quickly -always hiring -thats it

      Cons

      -unrealistic expectations of getting every customer to sign up for a store card -poor management -poor employees -constant "coaching" about work performance based of store card goals -store was too busy for effective management
