      Pros

      Focuses on leadership development. A lot of promotional opportunities. I was able to continue to move to progressively more difficult rolls which allowed me to more rapidly develop my skills as a leader.

      Cons

      Tough work life balance. At a minimum have to work every other weekend and close one night a week. During fourth quarter need to work a lot more.
