      Pros

      As far as management goes people are intelligent and everyone is willing to work hard. Most of them are kind, as well.

      Cons

      The ETL position takes over your entire life. Some people love that, which is great... I'm not.one of those people. There is really no chance for true work-life balance as upper management at Target.
