Competitive salary, good benifits, team members and co - workers were great people!
Cons
Upper management was very disconnected, revolving door of managers, high turn over and low retention rates made just about everyone in the mid maanagement lever a newbie, little effort from seniors to develop talent of their operations managers or to retain good talent, ridiculously long hours.
