Pros
nearing 70 I applied to Target after leaving the nonprofit field after 35 + years. I have thoroughly enjoyed working with my colleagues and find management refreshingly caring about the staff. It's a fun team to be a part of
Cons
My only con is that 11:00 pm closing 6 days a week is really really late. I have often wondered if the sales generated that last hour or so cover the cost of keeping the store open that late. I must admit though that some of the most amusing interaction with Guests happens this last hour.
