      3 day work week and vacation.

      Cons

      Poor training, employees or Team Members have total control over the work schedules and it’s mob rule. SOM’s Senior Management is rarely engaged and takes Employees word over managers.

      -Pay Range $90-$120K -Schedule= every other weekend off

      Cons

      -Don't have Career development program to teach & allow employees to promote within the company. -Company waste costing $= Signage, resetting constantly VMGs/Planograms & Leadership ownership of areas/work unbalanced
