      Pros

      Target was my job right after leaving college. I had prior experience in management, so this wasn't new to me. It was a great job, and I really enjoyed the challenges, they really have some great people working for them.

      Cons

      I would say my only complain, is I didn't like being put on the night shift. I am more of a day person.
