      Decent starting wage. Good work/life balance as you're eager to escape at the end of the day and put Target out of your mind. Merch discounts.

      Cons

      The work is simple, but a great deal is expected to be completed in very little time. No accountability for irresponsible team members, and little appreciation for hard workers.
