      Great people, fast paced environment, diverse opportunities, challenging, fun, young company, developmentally focused, nice campus, good place to network, exciting.

      Cons

      Work life balance, Minnesota winters, limited movement, benefits could be more competitive, cutthroat competition in middle ranks, "Expect more. Pay less." often time feels like "Work more. Paid less."

      -Pay Range $90-$120K -Schedule= every other weekend off

      Cons

      -Don't have Career development program to teach & allow employees to promote within the company. -Company waste costing $= Signage, resetting constantly VMGs/Planograms & Leadership ownership of areas/work unbalanced
