      The job was great for the experience

      Cons

      I was assesed on a job that had greater demands than usual due to the extremely busy time of year and I had an unusually large area to cover. Now I cannot get a job as a cashier which is the job I originally wanted and am much more suited for.

      -Pay Range $90-$120K -Schedule= every other weekend off

      Cons

      -Don't have Career development program to teach & allow employees to promote within the company. -Company waste costing $= Signage, resetting constantly VMGs/Planograms & Leadership ownership of areas/work unbalanced
