competitor pricing, clean environment, very organized, lovely people to talk to, knowledgable personnel to help you with any and everything possible, great guest service experience, and always greeted with a smile.
Cons
not enough hours to go around, not enough help on the floor, always asking the floor people to go cashier when they are needed more on the floor to help our guests with whatever they need. no room to grow if you've been there for years.
