Pros
One of the biggest reasons to work at Target is the opportunity to advance to higher level and higher paying positions. They almost expect this out of each team member.
Cons
While you will have a lot of opportunities to grow in this company, I do not feel that they compensate as well as their competitors. Most entry level positions start out at minimum wage.
