Pros
Decent starting pay, co-workers are great, hours are flexible. Plenty of opportunities to advance. This is a great place to work part-time as supplemental income. I wouldn't try to rely on the pay as a main source of income.
Cons
Dealing with the public in retail is always a challenge. It's difficult to get yelled and not be able to say anything back (especially in returns), but that doesn't happen too often. Selling the REDcard is also a pain.
