      Pros

      Good pay, excellent benefits, management is willing and able to help out and drive your goals as an individual and on a business development level to help you reach your goals within Target.

      Cons

      There are difficulties with weeding out the bad apples in the batch, and they tend to let people call out of work numerous amounts of times without any recourse.

      -Pay Range $90-$120K -Schedule= every other weekend off

      Cons

      -Don't have Career development program to teach & allow employees to promote within the company. -Company waste costing $= Signage, resetting constantly VMGs/Planograms & Leadership ownership of areas/work unbalanced
