Pros
It's a good place, that will generally treat you well. Almost everyone I met there was kind and did their part. The staff spent time getting to know one another and would spend time with each other outside of work as well. Overall, a very positive work environment, and a place I would certainly consider returning to.
Cons
Management can and will do whatever they want from you. They may take you off the schedule or change your department based on what they need. Some departments are worse than others, so you may be moved from something you enjoy doing to something more menial, without your consent. Target is overall a great place to work, so opportunities to move upwards at Target are EXTREMELY limited.
