Pros
The atmosphere at Target it great--it's nice working with a group of people that are as passionate about the brand as I am. Also doesn't hurt that everyone is young and pretty lively!
Cons
Layers of decision making are pretty ridiculous, it takes a while to get anything completed. I also have a hard time with how they value their team members--we're worth more to the organization than they lead on
