Pros
-Very peaceful job most of the time -You can listen to music as long as the store is closed -You pretty much can't do this job incorrectly -Extremely simple job description -Coworkers are often very friendly and supportive to new people -Since it's overnight, you don't have to deal with any guests
Cons
-Very fast paced, got reprimanded on my first day for not being fast enough (ridiculous) -HR completely nonexistent and calling out is a pain in the butt bc communication is just not there, literally called out twice to be sure and still got recorded as "no call no show" -Depending on your manager, you'll have a great time working or your shift will be an absolute nightmare -Micromanaging can be a problem (once again, it really does depend on your manager)
