      Smart, energized people dedicated to doing the best work. Good compensation. Great city to live in. Access to world-class talent.

      Cons

      Decision-making is slow : Everything has to be brought all the way up each ladder before action is taken. You'll always be judged by your worst day, no matter how well you've always done.
