      VM can have weekends off and a consistent schedule of an opening shift. Independent work. Great resume and portfolio builder.

      Cons

      The workload. Little to no support, while supporting other team leads workloads. Paid for a VM role but also being expected to be a Style or Home team lead.

      If you do not have great availability, then this career will not suit you. You will rotating weekends off, but your schedule will based off business needs.
