      Pros

      Target is an inclusive company. They are on top of trends and maintain consistent branding.

      Cons

      They are starting to lose their family values. In order to retain profit, they have been reducing hours for long term employees. This makes their expectations much harder to achieve. Burn out is incredibly quick and constant.

      If you do not have great availability, then this career will not suit you. You will rotating weekends off, but your schedule will based off business needs.
