      job consists of talking to guests and stocking shelves for your department so there is a lot of downtime. 10% employee discount on everything

      Cons

      lots of downtime so it gets boring and time goes slow, rude customers, some managers are cool while some are rude.

      -Don't have Career development program to teach & allow employees to promote within the company. -Company waste costing $= Signage, resetting constantly VMGs/Planograms & Leadership ownership of areas/work unbalanced
