Pros

Big, global org - so opportunities to work in different areas of the company. Good initial Covid response.

Cons

--Layoffs happen every single year and is now the go-to tool in Q4 to hit numbers. Company leverages a culture of fear of job loss against employees. --Old tools that don't work and aren't enterprise-wide. --Internal leadership survey results are ignored or hidden. --Subject matter experts are ignored. --Constant issues with internal tech. --Limited advancement opportunities. To move up or get raises it's common practices for people to leave the company and then come back at a higher salary for the same role. --Toxic culture - lack of diverse and female leaders. --Constant reorgs. CONSTANT. --new 'flat' hierarchy means no promotions.

Pros

Great environment and people. Lots of overtime available and bonuses during busy season.

Cons

I really enjoyed this job so the only con I can think of is that it is seasonal.

Pros

The people you directly work with will rock and you will most likely have a manager who cares.

Cons

AI usage requirements. 3 days in office/week requirements. They have recently started watching our git contributions as well. It feels like constantly you are one stat away from being put on a PIP. Along with all that, they handled ICE misusing their product so poorly it makes me embarrassed to work here.
