A lot of these mistakes are because they haven't yet recovered from acquiring new companies and they haven't absorbed CRMs and data correctly. There are many different teams to work with to get the simplest projects done. It feels like the companies values are really in place because they expect the employees to take responsibility for their lack of systems in place supporting them.
