      Pros

      Usually people are quite nice and helpful. Culture is not generally toxic. No micromanagement in my team. Many opportunities to learn new technologies for free

      Cons

      Too many POs and PMs between tech teams and business stakeholders make it difficult to set the expectations right and negotiate timelines.

      Good Learning opportunities, Tech savvy compared to other banking / fintech companies

      Cons

      Too much offshore, low cost resource strategies, Gap between functional & IT resources, CS merger favored many UBS employees and massive layoffs post UBS - CS merger. Hardly any bonus or pay increments.
