      - People at the location are in casuals or jeans. - Alot of food choices around. Spend more by travelling. - Nice forest in the back of the office. - Spacious working environment with adjustable table-height - Good systems

      Cons

      -Long OT hours -Too many systems to refer too and hard to access generic ones -Internal AI must improve for better efficiency of BAU

      Good Learning opportunities, Tech savvy compared to other banking / fintech companies

      Cons

      Too much offshore, low cost resource strategies, Gap between functional & IT resources, CS merger favored many UBS employees and massive layoffs post UBS - CS merger. Hardly any bonus or pay increments.
