      Strong branding, broad solution shelf, Global outeach. Possibility to rotate across functions and divisions. Colleagues are pleasant mostly.

      Cons

      Frequently overdosed on process, compliance, bureaucracy. For individuals, extremely difficult to be promoted, pay increase not significant. if pay and promotion are motivations, this may not be right place.

      Good Learning opportunities, Tech savvy compared to other banking / fintech companies

      Cons

      Too much offshore, low cost resource strategies, Gap between functional & IT resources, CS merger favored many UBS employees and massive layoffs post UBS - CS merger. Hardly any bonus or pay increments.
