From the onboarding period throughout the training the company provided support and assistance in order to prepare you for the job of working with your clients.
Cons
Administrative overhead requires a great deal of time that could be and should be used with clients. A lack of qualified support staff makes the job more challenging. Advisors don't receive enough training on how to automate their work.
