At the time I joined it was a growing investment bank with a strong reputation. There were numerous opportunities to work on large, live deals. You were allowed to take on more senior work if you could handle it.
Cons
Extreme example of investment banking work life balance. To sum it up, one of my colleagues quick in the first month by sending an email that contained the phrase "There is no happiness here."
