Lack of leadership and strategic planning. In 1.5 years with the company our team had 150% turnover and three managers. Company is unwilling to hire replacements to save at the bottom line and does not compensate remaining staff who pick up additional workload. For each person who left, they attempt to replace in Nashville or Poland.
