Autonomous structure allows us to do what is best for clients.
Cons
Technology issues cause frustration. Advisor trainees placed on teams are supposed to be there to help ensure longevity on the team. The compensation structure with base pay going to zero after two years should be looked at. If we are going to go after high net worth clients, there should be a level of safety to buy some time to get the right business vs any business.
