      Pros

      Less work Lost of scope for those who don't want to work and rely on flattery and sweet talks.

      Cons

      Loads of politics from top to bottom No innovation and if you suggest steps it is taken personally by the so called 'Architects'. No career growth opportunities. Negotiate salary when joining because after that, expect low single digit hikes Never join below AD rank else you will be treated like trash.

      Good Learning opportunities, Tech savvy compared to other banking / fintech companies

      Cons

      Too much offshore, low cost resource strategies, Gap between functional & IT resources, CS merger favored many UBS employees and massive layoffs post UBS - CS merger. Hardly any bonus or pay increments.
