Had to leave in 2020 as I was threatened with violence in 2018. Due to lack of evidence due to no witnesses I was asked to attended a meeting in London with the other party in 2020 to resolve the issue and move forward. Within minutes of the meeting the other party threatened me with violence again in front of HR and management, I had to walk out of the meeting because of the level of threat made for my own safety. No action was taken against the other individual and I was given no choice but to leave. I expressed my concerns at my exit interview but got the feeling no one cared or wanted to take any action. A month after I left the individual who made the threats was aloud to returned to work!
