      Great resources within a company that truly puts its global reach at your fingertips. The product lineup in the private bank and financial services has tremendous breadth.

      Cons

      There is little if any loyalty to current employees, the environment is best characterized as cutthroat, and expectations can often be unrealistic.

      Good Learning opportunities, Tech savvy compared to other banking / fintech companies

      Cons

      Too much offshore, low cost resource strategies, Gap between functional & IT resources, CS merger favored many UBS employees and massive layoffs post UBS - CS merger. Hardly any bonus or pay increments.
