Pros

Very happening company - as in activities . There are alot of programs, activities which keep employees engaged .

Cons

I worked as an Associate I - Cloud Infrastructure Service position - as a fresher when I joined the company I thought it was Cloud related job - like Devops, but its not . It is totally a Support job . Need to work on rotational shifts and all . Alot of my friends who joined as a fresher in this position thought the same way as I did and ended up being in a support role . The company has work life balance policies but the project I ended up working didnt had work life balance. So work life balance depends on project you get allocated to .

Pros

I have been associated with UST for almost 12 years, starting my journey as a Tester and currently serving as a Senior Project Manager. Looking back, the growth opportunities provided by the organization have been remarkable. One of the biggest strengths of UST is its people-first culture. The leadership team is approachable, supportive, and genuinely invested in employee success. Throughout my career, I have received continuous encouragement to take on new responsibilities, learn new skills, and move into leadership roles. The company places significant emphasis on employee well-being, work-life balance, and professional development. I have had opportunities to work across different domains, engage with global clients, and grow both technically and managerially. What makes UST special is the trust it places in its employees and the collaborative culture that exists across teams. It’s a place where dedication and performance are recognized, and individuals are given opportunities to shape their own career paths

Cons

As with any large organization, some processes could be streamlined for faster decision-making.
