Pros

Flexible timing that is the only Pros. Work life balance is present. Good medical insurance. Nothing more to say. No micromanagement

Cons

1. No process be it HR or Finance or in Project 2. Here every small events, big events happen because that would help someone else KRA. Basically you work for someone else year end benefits. 3. All managers mid or high are technically very poor. They dont even know whats going on. They only knows how to shuffle team members to get max profit in terms of $ 4. You get absolutely zero benifit other than the timely salary. 5. Hike is not consistent. Actually they have pocketed a full years salary hike by deferring the hike cycle by a year. 6. To this company TRIVANDRUM is the centre of the World. 7. Spent millions of $ in its own campus by denying hike and changing the hike cycle . The list is long. If you want to make a career in IT DONT JOIN UST GLOBAL.
