Pros

UST is very aligned to its values and culture. People listen to you and react. You can be here very very safe. No threat to Job. If you are not in tight project, you can get good free time too. Clients always win with UST-global.

Cons

Remuneration is very bad. Especially for the people who come onsite with them. But it is much better than the Federal mandate pay. Some tight projects can kill your quality time. When there is Offshore involved. Managers can make your life a Hell. They align to client's organizational structure Hence Client always wins with UST-Global. They get more dollar per dollar. That may cause pressure to employees in some project. They don't give more importance to Technology architects / Experts, instead they just want to make the project successful. We could see they help the client so much even though they are loosing money.

Pros

I have been associated with UST for almost 12 years, starting my journey as a Tester and currently serving as a Senior Project Manager. Looking back, the growth opportunities provided by the organization have been remarkable. One of the biggest strengths of UST is its people-first culture. The leadership team is approachable, supportive, and genuinely invested in employee success. Throughout my career, I have received continuous encouragement to take on new responsibilities, learn new skills, and move into leadership roles. The company places significant emphasis on employee well-being, work-life balance, and professional development. I have had opportunities to work across different domains, engage with global clients, and grow both technically and managerially. What makes UST special is the trust it places in its employees and the collaborative culture that exists across teams. It’s a place where dedication and performance are recognized, and individuals are given opportunities to shape their own career paths

Cons

As with any large organization, some processes could be streamlined for faster decision-making.
