Pros

- Good salary for a startup in Australia

Cons

- Sydney office consists of a couple of people only, who aren't across most of the processes. - Resource engagement (your job) solely dependent on the client engagement. If they lose that client, you are on your own. I suppose that is how most consultancies work. - Bizarre existing client set-up/ engagements. - HR split between teams in the US and India. The processes are all over the place. As an employee, you get stuck in the middle. - Their modus operandi is more of a recruitment agency than a consultancy. They just supply bodies rather than experts/ professionals for a piece of work.

Pros

I have been associated with UST for almost 12 years, starting my journey as a Tester and currently serving as a Senior Project Manager. Looking back, the growth opportunities provided by the organization have been remarkable. One of the biggest strengths of UST is its people-first culture. The leadership team is approachable, supportive, and genuinely invested in employee success. Throughout my career, I have received continuous encouragement to take on new responsibilities, learn new skills, and move into leadership roles. The company places significant emphasis on employee well-being, work-life balance, and professional development. I have had opportunities to work across different domains, engage with global clients, and grow both technically and managerially. What makes UST special is the trust it places in its employees and the collaborative culture that exists across teams. It’s a place where dedication and performance are recognized, and individuals are given opportunities to shape their own career paths

Cons

As with any large organization, some processes could be streamlined for faster decision-making.
