Pros

This company was a hot mess right from the start. There are no positive qualities or comments that can be applied.

Cons

Here are is the short list of problem areas: Unethical Dishonest Unable to pay their invoices on time No leadership at every level and illogical decision making No ability to recruit or retain qualified resources Unable to deliver a minimum level of customer service to their clients Nepotism & Discrimination which is condoned and supported by HR Read your contract carefully before signing your life away - they like to slip in all sorts of clauses that conflict with labor laws

Pros

I have been associated with UST for almost 12 years, starting my journey as a Tester and currently serving as a Senior Project Manager. Looking back, the growth opportunities provided by the organization have been remarkable. One of the biggest strengths of UST is its people-first culture. The leadership team is approachable, supportive, and genuinely invested in employee success. Throughout my career, I have received continuous encouragement to take on new responsibilities, learn new skills, and move into leadership roles. The company places significant emphasis on employee well-being, work-life balance, and professional development. I have had opportunities to work across different domains, engage with global clients, and grow both technically and managerially. What makes UST special is the trust it places in its employees and the collaborative culture that exists across teams. It’s a place where dedication and performance are recognized, and individuals are given opportunities to shape their own career paths

Cons

As with any large organization, some processes could be streamlined for faster decision-making.
